RETURN POLICY
All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the order date. We offer prepaid express returns for a fee of 8 euros (or the equivalent in local currency) deducted from your refund.
We ask that you wear underwear when trying on your purchase for the first time, as we reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear. Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags and linings attached.
Items marked “final sale” cannot be returned. For European Union customers, the right to cancel and return within 14 days is not affected by the “final sale” designation.
